Holiday Inn San Antonio Northwest- SeaWorld Area by IHG

Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Pros: The parking security, Joseph, is very helpful. It’s my first time and thinking of having Holiday Inn for my next San Antonio visit.

Cons: Dust. I hope the coffee maker works in our room.

Good for money.I would stay again

Pros: Free parking and wifi. Good size beds and clean rooms. Decent breakfast. The location was convenient for resturants and shops. Indoor and outdoor pool.

Cons: Breakfast was ok

Breakfast was top notch!

Pros: The breakfast was phenomenal like 5☆ all the way no questions! I would come back just because of the breakfast and staff alone! Staff was fantasticly exceptional!!!! The view was nice from the king suite! The bed was squeaky clean and SOOOOO comfortable! 10/10 Recommended!

Cons: The kid serving us for dinner was horrible. He couldn't order my drink right, then forgot our appetizer. I asked for water and needed it pretty quickly, and he never brought it. My steak was covered in some green slimey stuff that I didn't ask for, and wasn't asked if I want it on there or not. All in all dinner was the worst I've ever had, including the service. Shower pressure was bad. Carpet is super ugly!

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms and fantastic buffet breakfast

Cons: N/A

It was very pleasant. Loved the jacuzzi! Would stay again.

Pros: Breakfast was nice. They had servers to seat us and get our drinks. I don’t know if tips were expected but I couldn’t since I didn’t have cash and honestly feel like I should. Still the food, staff, and dining area was beautiful. Really wish they had pancakes or waffle machines

Pros: I have been doing only Airbnb for years i decided to try hotels again after staying in a different more expensive hotel first that made an error in my booking and basically kicked us out two days before what I had booked they tried to move us to a different one but I was over them especially house keeping opening my door 2 different times while I was in the shower even with the do not disturb sign I decided to go to holiday inn San Antonio north west and it was the best decision place is beautiful, clean, staff is friendly and helpful breakfast buffet is wonderful I had no issues at all my only regret is not staying here from day one thank you for saving what was left of my vacation

Pros: Super close to seaworld and the staff were amazing!

Cons: Everything was great!

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean

Cons: Outside noise and view

Pros: Rooms were clean and the stuff was really friendly
