JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa

Pros: Staff was great! The pool/water park area is awesome! We had a great Summer finale before school started.

Cons: I thought the rooms could use an update. The room was not very clean either. Dust all in the air return and hairs in the bathroom.

Cons: Housekeeping didn’t show up to clean room until late in the day when we were back in room trying to get ready The spa pool service was very slow. Took 30 min to get our check. The staff were working hard but very understaffed

Perfect for honeymooning couples!

Pros: My husband and I stayed here for two nights for our honeymoon. We originally booked a regular king room but on check-in, we were lucky enough to be helped by Caitlin, who upgraded us to a suite on the ground floor! We were thrilled and loved the room - especially the bathtub and the private patio. We were also very happy to be in a quiet wing of the resort. The pools , restaurants and grounds are spectacular. The water slides are also good fun and the long lines move quickly. Looking forward to coming back here with family in the future.

Cons: The food and drinks are pricey.

Cons: Very crowded especially at the pools. I think it was the last weekend before school so there were a ton of kids.

Pros: Everything was amazing! We were able to check in early and check out late. The water park was awesome.

The stay was great and what we had hoped for.

Pros: The water park is the reason for a family trip with our kids and grandkids. It is fun for all and the attention from staff toward our needs is a real differentiator. We happened to come at a time when it did not seem quite as busy as when we have come to this property in the past.

Cons: I feel like we were taken advantage of on parking. I am still sorting out charges but with all the charges it looks like around $50 day for all the parking fees. And, that is self parking.

Pros: Hotel im Grünen! Super Organisation. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Für den Geburtstag von meinem Sohn wurde auf all meine Wünsche eingegangen, inklusive Geschenk vom Hotel. Wirklich großartig! Valetparking ist nur 10$ mehr als Selbstparken. Besser gleich Valet nehmen! Tolle Aussicht von den Zimmern auf den Golfplatz. Grün so weit das Auge reicht. Wir haben den Wasserpark kaum genutzt, aber die Rutschen sahen toll aus! Restaurants vor Ort sind ebenfalls sehr lecker. Schöne Resort Atmosphäre. Die Bilder bei Booking stimmen überein mit der Realität. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten. Unbedingt zum Tejas Rodeo fahren, falls man samstags vor Ort ist.

The room and water park were excellent, the food and parking should be more of a reasonable cost.

Pros: We loved our room! The pool was excellent. There were several options for us to pick from.

Cons: We did not like that parking was not included and the price of food and drinks.
