Perfect stop over for us

Pros: Staff very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Chalet perfect for what we needed. Very much enjoyed the wine tasting and a very good standard bar meal. Lots of local people in which is usually a good indication.

Simply excellent.

Pros: Everything. Great location, room and grounds all immaculate, great pool and restaurant. I can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t perfect and we will be back.

Enjoyed the night away.

Pros: Individual cabins were nice. The separate living room with sofa bed was good.

Thoroughly enjoyable.

Pros: The facility was clean, welcoming, and had great amenities for our stay overnight. We really appreciated the heated tubs and the robes provided in the rooms.

Cons: The motion sensor lights in the bedrooms were activated when we turned over in bed, so there was an interruption to sleep for light sleepers.

Pros: The entire facility was nice. The room far exceeded our expectations.

Cons: Coffee was not replenished for the 2nd day of our stay.

Tolles Weingut mit Übernachtungsmöglichkeit

Pros: Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit einem Upgrade. Die Betten waren riesengroß und sehr bequem und die Größe des Zimmers war sehr groß. Die Klimaanlage war sehr leise und das Bad super sauber mit einer begehbaren Dusche. Wir haben kein Frühstück genutzt. Zum Essen gehen können wir Das nahe gelegene Johnston empfehlen.

An excellent experience!

Pros: Everything! A very pleasant surprise. Facilities are extremely nice, cozy and private. Every staff encounter, from the front desk to dining was very friendly, helpful and pleasant.

Cons: Very hard to find a negative, but if I had to say anything at all is that it is a bit further from Fredericksburg than we would have liked, as that is normally where we visit and conduct the purpose of our trips to the area. However, it is not too far to make things work on more leisurely visits, and we will be back because we liked it that much. It is in the middle of lots of fabulous wineries we would not have discovered otherwise! And the location is not a negative reflection on the place itself whatsoever.

Everything is good about this hotel! The location and the property. It’s right on the wine trail and close to Fredericks

Pros: The hotel is absolutely beautiful. There area villas, restaurant, pool, spa, and brewery on the territory. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. It’s so delicious. We will definitely come back.
