Best bang for the buck: friendly staff, comfortable, affordable and little food conveniences!

Pros: Love the breakfast and the fact that it opened early and stayed open later on the weekend (till 10am). We were there for one of my kids' soccer tournaments and the breakfast options were great.... with the variety and with the easy choices like whole fruit, the refrigerator with small yogurts and milk cartons, the pancake maker machine and the attendant that was available to change the pancake batter bag for the machine. Also, the front desk staff was very friendly (easy and nice people)! Like being able to check out boardgames! Also LOVED the little pantry/ store where you could buy a little something at similar price to the gas station so it wasn't off limits. The fact that that was available at all times and good variety... frozen chicken sandwich, hamburger, ramen, beef jerky, nuts, candy bars.... all great! And the computers right there in the lobby area and places to sit and commingle. Two thumbs up from our family!!!

Cons: Love the easy availability of ice and the water station across from the front desk but bc we were there for soccer tournaments, and bc it's Texas and you need to take a refillable water bottle with you everywhere you go, it would be cool if you guys had a water filling station... like the water fountain with a filler like at schools and the airport. I think the name brand is Elkjay or something like that. And maybe one or two more patio umbrellas at the pool.

Pros: That I was able to have five people in the room without an extra expense.

Cons: Did not like that we were right in the middle of construction.

Great hospitality

Pros: The front desk lady that checked us in on Saturday, had such great hospitality! Everything was well explained and communicated ! Will definitely like to stay here again ! ALSO the breakfast was great the lady doing the breakfast was very attentive and helpful !

Great location and nice hotel overall

Pros: We stayed one night for a soccer tournament. It was nice and clean, friendly staff, fast check-in, convenient location to restaurants and shopping and very close to the soccer fields.

Cons: The breakfast was okay, coffee not good at all. Pillows were very soft. I’d expect the nightly rate to be a little less.

Pros: The young man who checked us in was so friendly and helpful.

Comfortable

Pros: The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean. Also the service was excellent. I needed a half hour after checkout to shower after a half marathon and they allowed me.

Weekend getaway

Pros: It was easy to get to and from the Freeway. It was close to the locations we wanted to go to. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Will definitely consider staying again when we happen to go back in that direction.

Enjoyable, relaxing and staff is so helpful and kind!!!

Pros: The breakfast was awesome! Great variety,hot items were hot, cold items cold. Biscuits soft and warm, as was sausage, potatoes, pancakes. Atmosphere was nice. Staff was warm and kind from the beginning of check-in to checking out!!

Cons: I can't think of one thing negative to say here, if I could have stayed longer I definitely would have. I would stay again and recommend anyone looking. I had a good night's sleep, so quiet too!

Excellence

Pros: I travel from El Paso, TX to San Antonio. This hotel is definitely one of the best ones we have stayed at. From the friendly staff to the cleanliness, everything was great.
