Good

Pros: They allowed us to have a late night meetinig at the Breakfast room.

Cons: The breakfast was poor. Bagels were very hard. It was good if you have a open toaster.

Good value for a clean, comfortable, friendly hotel

Pros: The stay and the continental breakfast was exactly what we wanted: excellent coffee, boiled egg, and hot & cold cereals. We didn’t eat the yogurt, juices, or breads but they were all available. The room had a full length mirror and it was a spacious room. Everything was spotless. Every employee had a smile and a greeting for us

Cons: It would have been nice to have two lounge chairs but there was a cushy ottoman so it was okay for both of us to have a place to sit.

Stay here. You would not be disappointed.

Pros: Like the location. Been using this hotel for years. Like the Complementary breakfast in the morning. Use this hotel on selma cause it’s closer to the location i need to shop or go to new braunfel cause don’t like staying in San Antonio because of traffic. Here in and out. Thank you.

Over all a nice stay, no big deal on refrigerator but the bathroom door kinda surprised me.

Pros: Location and accessibility from the free-way. Accommodating staff.

Cons: For a newly renovated place, our bathroom door won’t close and our refrigerator was not working. Informed the staff and they were willing to move us/me to another room, but I already unpacked and set everything for my grand baby. Not a big deal but staff and management need to pay more attention to necessary details.
