Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott San Antonio Northeast / Schertz / RAFB

Very helpful staff and a very clean location.

Pros: It was at a good location and close to several restaurants and stores.

Cons: Everything was great

Our plans got changed numerous times but having our room saved us

Pros: Breakfast was good. Service was good. They had their hands full with soccer kids but they handled it like pros.

Cons: Don’t have any complaints

Very pleasant

Pros: The young lady at the front desk was super great, very polite and help full, we arrive early and she was very kind and check us in early, and for an old couple that traveled over four hours that was very much appreciated, all of the hotel staff was very nice, Thank you.

Cons: Nothing everything was good,

Pros: Clean facilities. Staff seemed to truly care. Great location.

Enjoyed our stay will stay again

Pros: Easy getting in and out Clean and the bed was comfortable

Cons: Nothing. Great place

Staff was attentive. Kudos to the cleaning crew and the ladies in the kitchen. Very sweet, making sure everything was in

Pros: Clean, perfect location - close to restaurants, shopping center, grocery store, easy access from the hwy. I loved the lights by the grill area.

Cons: Pool was not working. 🥺 Pic of seating area by the pool is not the same as the one on site.

Great Value for a Weekend Getaway

Pros: The property was situated in a very bustling place, but not as much where it's crowded. I LOVED how it was near an HEB so we were able to get our night's groceries quickly. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the check-in process was smooth. Our rooms were cleaned and was well-kept. The TV was HDMI friendly so we were able to watch our own movies in addition to cable. The bathroom and shower were also very clean and spacious so we did not feel cramped. Overall, our stay was super comfortable and a great value for our weekend trip to San Antonio.

Cons: This is just a personal preference, but the pillows were not compatible for my neck. The parking is a bit all around the building so if you can't find parking in the front, you'll have to circle the building to get to the other spaces. I highly encourage the property to invest in more security issues just to make future guests feel more safer when leaving their vehicles as we had to park on the side of the hotel and the lighting wasn't as bright as the front. Luckily, there were no incidents or break-ins so we felt assured.

Successfull.

Pros: I liked the convience of the location, the staff, and the services offered.

Cons: My coffee was never hot, but small concern in the scheme of things.

I loved it

Pros: The location. Check in and check out was so easy and fast.

Cons: Not a big deal but, the thermostat in my room was programmed for certain times throughout the day.
