Pinn Road Inn and Suites Lackland AFB and Seaworld

Pros: During my previous stays I've had a much better experience with the staff. The two gentlemen that have been there in the past were so pleasant friendly and talkative. They remembered us from our first stay and gave us our same room. We brought another couple with us that time and they were treated just as great as us. However this time there was a woman and she seemed quiet frustrated and pushy. Seems she may have been upset that we come into town late and checked in late. All in all not bad, we enjoy staying here as it is generally close to everything we come to town to enjoy. While it is in a sketchy area and there are homeless and nightwalkers as long as you mind your business everything is just fine.

Good location close to almost everything

Pros: The size of the room for the price definitely was worth it. It's nice and cozy makes you feel like your arriving at your apartment.

Cons: There was ants in the room. And limited parking

Good motel-style accommodation in San Antonio

Pros: Very clean, well run, very friendly staff at reception, reasonable kitchen facilities - overall extremely good value for the money paid

Cons: The included breakfast is basic, and - like anywhere in the US - it is a location that really requires car access

I will stay there again

Pros: Breakfast could have had a little more choose from the location is okay just look like we was in a bad location or like a hood location besides that everything was good

Cons: The friendliness of the people that works at the hotel I we'll stay there again

Better than expected

Pros: Had my worries before coming due to some reviews but everything ended up being good. The room was spacious, clean and bug free! The cleaning lady was very nice and forthcoming. The location is far away from downtown SA, and it may appear a tad “sketchy”, but there are some nice restaurants, bakeries and shops in close proximity to the property. I took the local bus downtown very often and it felt like a usual bus drive in any city. Bus drive is ca 45 mins. And you do get a bit of a feel for what it actually looks like to live in SA, not just the touristy downtown.

Pros: The location is a bit off putting but the room was great and the staff went out of their way for me. Even called Booking due to a glitch on their app.

Very clean, got the job done, would stay again.

Pros: The rooms were very very clean. Lovely lovely people who run the place. They were very helpful.

Cons: Only thing was that we needed was shampoo, but next time I'd ask at the desk.
