Central and well euipped

Pros: The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It is centrally located.

Cons: Irritating - the bedroom door kept getting jammed.

Perfect location and apartment clean, if staying for longer period of time so good to have own laundry facilities .

Pros: Great to have apartment rather than hotel room . In a good location bonus a balcony and even washing machine and tumble dryer in your apartment as well as dishwasher. Happy there was a kettle as well as coffee maker as I often prefer tea so great I could easier just boil a kettle.

Cons: Prefer shower unit rather than a shower fitted over a bath. A couple of bulbs had gone in the apartment which was a shame they hadn’t been replaced.

Spacious modern downtown apartment

Pros: downtown location opposite Austin City Limits concert venue spacious and fully equipped comfortable and well-organised no face-to-face interaction with staff but everything worked

Great pad in central Austin

Pros: Central location…..although rather noisy. Large spacious apartment with balcony, good kitchen facilities. Very responsive and helpful (remote) staff. Great swimming pool

Cons: Central but noisy at night. No inventory supplied to check off equipment.

Perfect location for downtown and spacious apartment

Pros: Location is very convenient to restaurants and river walk. Very spacious apartment and well furnished.

Cons: Noisy on Sat night but that’s the downtown. I had to ask for more paper products and there was no kitchen towel, and sponge. But they brought it by the end of the first day.

Muy recomendables

Pros: Tiene muy buena ubicación y lo mejor que contaba con estacionamiento.

Cons: Complicado entrar en la llegada

We came of ACL and will definitely stay at Kasa when we return!

Pros: The location is perfect, right in the heart of Austin and surrounded by great restaurants and shops! We got around on scooters that we could easily rent and leave at another location (Zilker Park).

Cons: It was a little loud at night. For young people, it's not an issue. Austin has a great nightlife scene.

Essentially an Airbnb in a more industrial like apartment building. Great location.

Pros: Location location location Room size Amenities Pool Gym

Cons: Very industrial Cards not always functional for the elevator
