Good location

Pros: The location was great as it is very near downtown and where my elder son stays.

Cons: The water pressure of the whole unit was very big esp with a tall tap fix in kitchen and bathroom, so everytime we turned on the tap, the water would splashed everywhere around the basins, the wall and on us ! I tried not to trouble the team to fix it as I thought I would get used to it, but to my frustration and disappointment, I couldn’t get used to it 😢 But the Kasa team was very responsive in communication , good job💪 Another point need to feedback would be the Shower curtain rod ! It fell 2 times during our stay, lucky that no one was hurt ! It was wear-off for both suction rubber so it couldn’t even hold well. Kasa team should check and change to a new one if not accident may happened. And the big stand shower bath tub was very slippery , I told them but they couldn’t provide us with an anti-slip cover. And we were lucky no one fell during our stay. This is a dangerous hazard in future. I hope the team will rectify it sooner.

Great stay at a lovely apartment in a great location. Would be happy to stay there again.

Pros: The apartment was comfortable, spacious and well kitted out in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Cons: Fee for late checkout was a little steep. There was ongoing issues with the lifts. At one point we had to carry stuff up 13 floors after a long day on our feet. I appreciate these things happen and likely no ones fault individually, but it happened 3 times during our stay and we heard from residents that it apparently happens a lot.

Pros: It was spacious and a very secure building. It was handy to have laundry facilities too. $7 uber rides to just about anywhere! The online portal system made it easy to have all the info at your fingertips.

Cons: The bed sagged a little but that wasn't a big deal.
