Fantastic apartment close to River Walk and historical sites

Pros: Warm and welcoming staff from the doorman to reception to housekeeping. The apartment was well appointed, immaculately maintained and cleaned, and the bed was super comfy, with secure offsite parking available. Located a short walking distance to the River Walk, restaurants and many historical sites.

Cons: Nothing to not like 👍

A unique experience

Pros: An exceptional property. The location is ideal for exploring the Riverwalk, and the hotel itself has a really unique style that makes it stand out from the usual cookie-cutter rooms. It was comfortable, and the staff were friendly throughout. It genuinely helped make our trip memorable.

Cons: We did have to request additional towels, and kept running out of loo roll, which suggested the in-room provisions hadn’t quite been thought through for a family stay. Also, the stink of weed in the hallways was hard to ignore. I’m not bothered by what people choose to do, but lingering smoke indoors doesn’t sit comfortably when you’re staying with your family. It did detract from an otherwise great experience.

Pros: Everything. A great self contained apartment for the price.

Pros: Great location, at the heart of SA. Friendly staff. Comfort room with everything ready. Hot shower with ample water flow and sufficient temperature

Cons: Parking. This is a common problem in downtown areas. Fortunately, there's a relatively inexpensive parking lot nearby ($10/24 hours). Sometimes noisy street at night.

Great but no laundry in room

Pros: Lovely historic building. Apartments were spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well fitted out. Booked 2 apartments both listed as premium and exactly the same 1 had dishwasher other didn't.

Cons: Laundry facilities. We booked these apartments on the basis they had laundry facilities in apartments - it doesn't. Laundry is available at the end of some floors. As if that isn't inconvenient enough laundry requires the uploading of an app and/or a washconnect card - unavailable at reception. App doesn't recognise UK phone number. Problem was sorted by Jordan on reception but this would have been a deal breaker for us had we been aware laundry was not (as represented on booking.com) in room.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment.

Pros: The location is fantastic and the facilities first class. The Library Bar down stairs is awesome. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay in San Antonio

Pros: Absolutely loved staying at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. Our room was on the 9th floor and very quiet. The location is perfect as it’s a 1min walk to the riverwalk and a close other attractions. There is heaps of food and bars around the hotel as well so you’re never out of options All the team members at the front desk were super helpful throughout our whole stay and went above and beyond to make sure that we were looked after. Would higher recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in San Antonio.

Charming apartment experience.

Pros: It's an old apartment building that's been converted into short term rentals, so it has charm and cool dimensions. Feels like you've got your own little apartment in the center of San Antonio. 24 hour overnight parking is two blocks away for $10. Kitchen is equipped. Wifi works well. No breakfast or common areas.
