was a great experience, but been there done that.....

Pros: Loved the Fiesta Winery just outside our door and the Brewery was a hop skip and a jump next door and could not have been any closer to Luckenbach. Loved that the Lobster Truck rolled in and stayed a while. The mini split kept us comfotable. Great little Boutique called Pink and Silver but didn't find anything to spend money on.

Cons: Thought we reserved a King bed and ended up with (2) Queens but it was okay. There was a Difficult (long) entry code for old folks with glasses. The entry hall should have a permanent overhead LED light that cannot be turned off (cheap and efficient) ... I know the numbers on the codes light up but it just isn't enough. The chair in the Bathroom needs to go because the upholstry is dirty and it makes for a very tight fit. The toilet paper dispenser was broken previously and needs replaced.

Pros: There was no breakfast, but no problem as I was not expecting one. Property was beautiful and would stay there again. Location was the best.

Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like. Hosts were very good with communication and if there were any questions, they were quick to answer and help to resolve any issues.

Our suite was extremely clean and organized.theee women had plenty of room and it was quiet

Pros: Outside of the crush of the Main Street in Fredericksburg. Winery’s on property.

Cons: It was great! The mini fridg could be a bit bigger.

We will be back and we will stay there!

Pros: We loved the location and the value. the bed was very comfortable which is huge! The AC unit worked well. The tasting rooms on the property made it such a bonus!

Cons: Wish our bed in the Malbec suite were king size. Wish we would have had some complimentary water bottles.

Pros: Location is quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay just outside of Fredericksburg but still being nearby.

Cons: Bathroom door has no handle or way to stay closed. Had to use a towel under door to keep it shut when needed.

Pros: Loved the location and the bed was very comfortable.

Cozy getaway

Pros: Cozy and private, convenient location to Fredericksburg and nearby wineries

Cons: No complaints

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the decor was nice. The bath with the long counter was much appreciated however, the floor of the shower was extremely slick and there was no grab bar in case of slipping. Liked the log walls. Did appreciate help from manager line when first trying to enter.

Cons: The entry lock. When door shut while we were unloading, couldn't get back in even using help from manager. Repeatedly tried the correct code but flashed red, then she had me do a code on 2nd lock box with key. Door handle locks everytime you go out, so carried key to ensure getting back in. The couch is very uncomfortable and difficult to get out of. Would have liked to have sm frig with ice compartment to put our ice paks we use in cooler. The throw rugs at end of bed and at entry were lovely but were dangerous, flipping up and tripping us. As you can tell, we are seniors and have some balance issues. I'm writing this in the hope it is helpful. We did enjoy our visit.

A beautiful historical B&B to enjoy wine and peace and quiet

Pros: Beautiful location, very quiet and quant. Perfect location to get away from all the busyness of Fredericksburg after exploring the sights. Close to Luckenbach to go enjoy live music.

Cons: All the brochures call this a bed and breakfast but no food/snacks were provided. No big deal but wife called the management company and they were pretty snotty about it. I would remove the brochures in the room indicating these were to be provided. Not a big issue, just a suggestion.

Great place. Saturday night has live music at one of the three wineries at the site.

Pros: The location. Like they say \
