Hotel Indigo San Antonio Riverwalk by IHG

Such a great place to stay, AAA location!

Pros: Such a lovely place, lovely people and great service. Hotel room was nice and clean. And definitely a plus that we were able to get on the river walk directly from the hotel, had a great time with my family!

Cons: Nothing, everything was on point!

Would definitely stay again

Pros: Great location with access straight down to the riverwalk. Clean hotel, close walk to the city centre and good value for money.

Pros: Good access to the Riverwalk while being out of the busy zone

Cons: The room floor was obviously not level. The bathroom door kept banging into us if we were standing too close

Pros: Matthew front desk staff was excellent and extremely attentive. Food was delicious, bed was comfortable, very clean hotel, service staff friendly and accommodating.

Pros: Perfect location right on the San Antonio river walk.

Cons: Much like all of our stays in the US, in room facilities lack a little compared to AUS. No toaster, Kettle or microwave facilities in room.

Cons: The restaurant was nice but a little too expensive and fancy for what we needed.

Pros: I like my room very spacious comfortable and quiet and also liked the bathroom and shower good water pressure.

Cons: It would be nice for a heated outside pool or jacuzzi to soak in after walking all day.

The weekend was just a get a way for us. Very relaxing and comfortable. Will definitely return.

Pros: We liked that the hotel was away from the hustle of the city but close enough for an Uber ride anywhere. Staff was very efficient in their duties. Food was great and drinks were cold.

Cons: The 2nd elevator needed to be repaired and no one was there to work on it. Hotel had several wedding parties staying there and always had to wait for the only working elevator.

Pros: It was very tastefully decorated. The room was a great size for our party of 3. The bathroom was great. The room was quiet. I had the fruit plate for breakfast and it was delicious.

Cons: I would have liked a few more options in the little snack store. Things like M & M's, Chex Mix, etc. We were always short one towel each day so we had to ask but in the grand scheme of things, that's so minor.

Pros: The service at the bar was very good, especially that of barbara waitress
