Excellent stay in downtown San Antonio.

Pros: Great location right next to the Alamo. The bed was so comfortable and lovely big spacious bathroom. Breakfast was excellent!

Cons: Parking is $42 which, while comparable for the rest of the area, should be more clear so it can be budgeted for.

Charming hotel close to attractions

Pros: Full marks for location - across the road from The Alamo and a short walk from the Riverwalk. The hotel is charming and very comfortable. Only loses marks for breakfast.

Cons: Breakfast is very basic - what is it with Texan hotels using disposable plates and crockery? Valet parking is expensive but convenient compared to alternatives.
