Hotel 1914 - Historic Alamo Riverwalk

Pros: Good location, v friendly and helpful staff. Clean well appointed rooms. Good value for money.

Pros: It was welcoming, staff were so friendly. The rooms are small but very comfortable, highly recommend the Indian restaurant attached to the property. Had a wonderful curry there

Would stay again, excellent location, walking distance to major attractions and great value.

Pros: The location was perfect—it was within easy distance of a major attraction. The hotel was easy to find. It was perfect for my needs. I particularly liked the inclusion of a microwave in the room, as this allowed me to have easy meals.

Cons: Unfortunately, both nights, I had very noisy neighbours. I could easily hear them talking and making noise. I had jet lagged, so I was up, but I could imagine someone who was asleep being awoken by the noise.

Pros: Very close to the tourist spots. The room is very clean

Cons: The WiFi is very weak

Pros: Great staff, comfortable room. We had an issue with the heating the first night and they went out of their way to help.

Pros: The position was perfect and the room was very comfortable.

Cons: That we had to pay so much for parking and only when we booked in that we were told of the extra expense

Pros: In the city center close to all the attractions of San Antonio. Room is small but comfortable, big shower and soft bed.

Cons: Noises from the street and from the corridor are quite audible in the room. The toilet door didn't close fully

Pros: The hotel is close to the downtown, very well located. The room had a good size and comfortable bed. The smell wasn't very pleasent though. The lights can be improved.
