Family trip to San Antonio

Pros: Room was Fantastic, upgraded to a junior suite Short walk to the busy river walk area. Breakfast was great, plenty of options with fresh omelettes made to order. Lovely Bar/Restaurant A short drive from 6 Flags also.

Cons: All great.

Without a doubt, an excellent option for staying in San Antonio.

Pros: Everything seems PERFECT! The facilities, the entire staff, the breakfast, the location—it's all beautiful. If I have to return to San Antonio, I will definitely stay there again without hesitation. Another very important thing is that the valet parking guys are very, very friendly and always super attentive.

Cons: I don't have any bad comments to write, everything is wonderful! 🤩

Good Sanantonio City Center experience.

Pros: The location es prime, the breakfast had good food options and we always found a place to sit, and the happy hour was a good excuse to return and chill after a day of activities.

Cons: The description of the room is deceiving. It described Two rooms in the sweet when in reality was only 1 room and a sofa bed space. The sofa bed is not comfortable for an adult. Also parking is too expensive a night.

Fun, Riverwalk is absolutely breathtaking

Pros: The free breakfast every morning was fantastic, everything you could possibly think of was there fresh and delicious.

Cons: Nothing would go back in a heartbeat.

Luxury at a bargain rate

Pros: The lobby is open and airy with plenty of room for foot traffic but also lots of seating. To the right it rambles off to a nice, large bar/restaurant (we didn't try it) and the back part overlooks the Riverwalk. To the left is a large breakfast area. The rooms (we had a superior king) are similarly spacious. The hallways are wide and well-lit. I did not partake of breakfast but am told that there was a good variety and made-to-order omelets. The location is on a a quieter portion of the Riverwalk, away from the masses, but still convenient to everything.

Cons: There were no negatives.

Pros: Free drinks at Happy Hour! Heated pool was great!

Nice place for a larger family to stay for a spring break getaway

Pros: Location was great! The 6 of us fitting in one room was great! The happy hour and snacks were nice as well!

Cons: Barely any blankets on bed. Not enough pillows. Zero blankets for couch bed ( one was brought) Bedding could be more plentiful.

It was a great stay with a hospitable staff, valet service, room with a view and great food.

Pros: The morning breakfast buffet was incredible, and the manager's cocktail that is hosted nightly was great. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and near to everything, so the location is perfect.

Pros: Love the location. Love happy hour. Love breakfast.

Cons: The bathroom did look clean. The sink especially needed some attention. The sheets on the hide-a-bed were not clean. They had obviously been slept on and then not checked by the cleaning staff. That’s very disappointing considering my 2 night stay was $900 dollars. I expect better from a hotel that charges that much for a weekend stay. Also, the ac didn’t work well. I did speak to the front desk about that but they didn’t offer much assistance.
