Clean and modern rooms in a great location.would definitely stay again

Pros: Rooms were spacious and clean. Great location - walking distance to the Alamo and the riverwalk.

Cons: The breakfast was pretty basic.

Pros: Location is great, space is large, amenities are fun.

Cons: Not enough bacon and no sausage patty for breakfast. Bacon was mixed with scrambled eggs, but not much of it. Whipped cream ran out for waffle serving, and no yogurt was left during the half hour of our breakfast time there. Parking garage is not available, and valet is $50 overnight. But across the front building there is a public parking garage with flat fee $10/24 hours. Our room is spacious, but the mattresses were hard.

Superb location that’s on the San Antonio Riverwalk!

Pros: Close proximity to downtown attractions such as The Alamo. It’s on the riverwalk itself so super easy to go for a stroll along it, and get to nearby restaurants etc.

Cons: Over priced valet fees. Chose to park in one for eh nearby public car park garages which was only $10USD a day to park in (only downside is no in and out option) so once your out it’s another charge. We just planned our days so only took car out when we needed to.

Pros: The location is great, the breakfast is really good, very spacious suite

Pros: The Booking.com address was 114 solodad The true address was 118. this caused me a lot of problems. The rest was fine. if I come back I will stay here again.

Pros: Breakfast buffet was good and we loved that it is served until 10am. Great for those of us who are not early risers while on vacation. Great location. Hotel sits off the end of the Riverwalk and walking distance to downtown and the Alamo. Decent sized rooms.

Beautiful hotel but may not be worth the money

Pros: The stay was fine. The hotel itself was beautiful. Loved that it was right on the Riverwalk! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy that part of it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: We had no choice but to pay for parking or valet. There was lots of construction going on so the hotel was hard to get to and for someone who has never been before it was very stressful. Did not have any complementary toiletries ie: toothbrush, comb, etc so if you forgot anything you would just have to wait to go buy it. I have never had any hotel not have anything even really cheap ones.

Pros: The room was open and cozy. Hospital was very safe
