Pros: The location was perfect because it is right at the riverwalk, so we could leave the hotel every day and walk around the city for the attractions and restaurants. The staff were very polite and always ready to help us with any needs.

Cons: There were a lot of items in the bathroom for use such as bath salts, making up cleaning wipes, ... We were a little bit afraid to use it and being charged extra for it, but they were for free. I think it could be better to make it clearer to the guest what is charged and what is already included in the bill.

San Antonio and Mokara outstanding

Pros: Every thing and every person working there. Wanted top notch place and there are many, but what tipped scales was the whirlpool by swimming pool...quite a nice perk for just showing up w/o appointments...I'm not a spa person, but hot tub by pool was delightful and appreciated. By the way, I came by myself; a woman's/wife's escape; 100% accomplished. But all of the hotel is outstanding! Congratulations to all of you. Isabel Ogden
