Hotel Contessa - Suites on the Riverwalk

Pros: Great location, spacious suite and good value. Good option if you are travelling with children as there is so much space.

Pros: The room decor is cool. Totally my taste ! Jacuzzi 10 pm under the moonlight was also espetacular.

Cons: In Booking.com it is not clear where (bed/sofa-bed) my child would sleep and I had to call the hotel before reservation

Pros: Location on the boardwalk is great, room was big and very nicely designed. Staff was good

Pros: Absolutely beautiful hotel. Right on the riverwalk so super easy to get to local restaurants, bars or just a lovely stroll. Room was lovely and beds super comfortable! Highly recommend.

Spacious rooms, great location with very accommodating and friendly staff.

Pros: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice feel to the hotel overall. Rooms had a lounge area which was nice to have a little extra space to work in.

Cons: Would have liked a walk in shower. But that is my preference.

Loved the hotel, staff could be friendlier

Pros: We stayed for 3 days over Thanksgiving and were thrilled to experience the Mariachi band, Santa, and festive tables!!

Cons: Staff were not very friendly. In fact, when we were checking out, our receipt showed we had been charged twice on one day for valet parking. When we pointed this out, the receptionist didn’t even apologise, she took my receipt, changed the amount due and handed it back. There was no “ goodbye, safe travels, thanks for staying “. We found that the be poor communication.

Lovely hotel, in a great area

Pros: Lovely hotel, in a great area, right by the river walks, close to the central tourist attractions and just down the road from a great place to have breakfast at La Panaderia. Rooms were incredibly comfortable, and very spacious.

Cons: No bar service outside in the evening, and the bar shuts very early for an international hotel. Misleading information in booking and on email about being able to get laundry done there.

Pros: Amazing location Lovely hotel , great staff Well worth staying

Cons: Breakfast on first day was really slow service but that was the only negative we could think of. Don’t let that put you off, service rest of time was excellent

Perfect location on the river, short walk to the busy river area

Pros: The rooms spacious and huge, no noise from outside, perfect location. Exactly as described, will definetly stat again. Friendly staff.

Cons: Showers were hot n cold - not a consistent temperature
