Pros: The location was great. The surrounding environment was enjoyable. Loved taking a stroll around the RIVERWALK. The view from the room overlooking the river was serene. Comfortable and enjoyable

Very nice hotel, clean rooms and comfortable beds, would stay again.

Pros: Centrally located, front desk friendly and accommodating to my request for corner room with balcony.

Cons: No microwave in room.

Pros: Nice place and view of the Riverwalk. Close to the Majestic Theater and decent dining options. They have an actual breakfast option, not just cereal or a waffle.

Cons: They should let you know covered parking is included in your stay.

Pros: The property is nestled off of the Riverwalk, in a beautiful quiet space. Totally loved it! The view outside our room was superb!

absolutely wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed. The facilities , room and staff were awesome

Pros: Everything was good. Overall very happy with the experience.

Cons: Breakfast had limited vegetarian operations although the staff customised it for us. A little more vegan options and a buffet option could really further enhance the wonderful overall experience.

Everything was perfect, we loved it, we will be back for sure and your staff was amazing and very helpful, all your staf

Pros: Atmosphere was cozy the staff was great very very helpful, they outside with valet was AMAZING, when arrived it was chaos due to Fiesta and traffic we didn’t know that was going on here this weekend, anyway I didn’t get her name , she made things run smoothly, helped us when direction, gave her the keys we unloaded and that headache was gone . She was amazing. Thank you 🥰

Pros: Good location down town. Within walking distance of good restaurants and activities. Room was comfortable and very clean. I had a balcony and the view wasn’t bad.

Cons: The drop off for valet parking is very small and the road very busy.
