SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Antonio Northwest at The RIM

Not to shabby!

Pros: Breakfast really hit the spot. Nice hot shower after a long day of walking and shopping. I felt the comfort of being at home on the couch relaxing.

Cons: The cocktail bar was not in use. Semi disappointed. I don't drink very often but it would have been nice to have a drink to end the day.

Excelente hotel

Pros: Muy bien cuidado, bien ubicado y desayuno bastante bueno.

Cons: Todo OK

Pros: Property was very clean, great price, love that we could purchase drinks and snacks in the lobby

Cons: N/A

Excelente ubicación, a buen precio y comodidad

Pros: Property was clean and receptionist were very kind and attentive. Easy to find and great parking. I also loved that they give you access to the lifetime gym next door!

Pros: Grate area. So close to restaurant, stores and attractions!

Cons: It's the second time we stay there everything was great but the room smells extremely bad. Was sold out so there's no option to move.to another room. I went to stor to buy some lysols and febreeze.

Great stay, great staff, great value.

Pros: From the welcoming to the time we left. Everyone’s was very nice and attentive. The breakfast was really good!! Eve the ladies that were in charge of restocking breakfast were very sweet and respectful.
