Good premises, a little ways off

Pros: We had a very spacious, comfortable room with a good bed and well-functioning AC. There was also a fridge, a stove top, and a sofa. All the basics you might need in good condition. The breakfast had a pretty good selection of warm dishes, cereal, yoghurt etc which differed a bit on our two mornings, although the coffee was really mild and needlessly hot.

Cons: I was hoping there would have been an outdoor area you could hang around at if you got in late at the hotel and no places nearby were open. But the grill/terrace area had closed by 11pm. So had the couple of restaurants nearby, one of which could've even been walked to. The hotel had no bar either. It would just be nice to have an option to unwind somewhere before getting your night's sleep after a long day.

It was lovely and quite convenient and I would stay here again.

Pros: The breakfast was enough and tasty except for the coffee. The coffee was very hot but not flavorful. The location was excellent.

Cons: There was no shower gel in the complimentary toiletries. The towels were clean but stiff and not fluffy.

Pros: lots of cabinets, desktop and chair ac and natural shampoo conditioner without harsh chemicals

Cons: The pool was full of roudy teenegewrs jumping and diving all over the place

Pros: Fresh looks, comfortable & accessible premises, renovated rooms

Great location and clean room with good breakfast but weak staff.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Coffee was delicious. The waffle maker was great.

Cons: However, the way the staff ends breakfast time by shutting the curtain abruptly espousing an angry face was not nice. Staff could be as friendly as San Antonio is famous for. Where is the Southern hospitality? Staff seemed under stress.

Pros: Gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Geräumige Suite und die Lage in der Nähe von Geschäften und Restaurants, die man sogar zu Fuss erreichen konnte.

Cons: Es gab wieder Schwierigkeiten mit dem Passwort für das Internet. Die Klärung wurde dem ausländischen Gast überlassen, indem ihm eine Telefonnummer in die Hand gedrückt wurde, damit er den technischen Service für Hilton anruft.

Pros: Very nice & clean Good breakfast 🥞 Friendly staff

Pros: I loved the room and the bed. great size. had everything i needed.

Cons: Paying for parking in an outdoor lot that is unsecured is a bit greedy. There was a constant noise in the bathroom like the fan was on all of the time.

Pros: A very nice, clean place to stay. The rooms were excellent and spacious. Very accommodating and comfortable. My wife and 2 girls are very picky about where we stay. So if they approve, it must be good. 👍 💯
