Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio/Rim Pass Drive

Pros: Room clean, very spacious, great free shuttle to Six flags fiesta Texas and within a 5 mile radius which was no hassle to book! Staff friendly, nice bar and great food!

Pros: The front staff super friendly Alexis and Candie great us and where very courteous to us making sure we were properly accommodated in our stay and made our stay very comfortable

Cons: The bed was confortable, but any time that you move , was making a lot of noise . 😀

Pros: The size of the room was good. The location of the hotel is great! Six flags is 5 minutes away from this hotel and if you forget any toiletries there's a target 3 minutes away. Also there's a few restaurants where you can go in the same area as target in case you need any food.

Cons: The lights in the room didn't work so it was a little dark in the evening because some lights weren't working, the refrigerator didn't cool very well and when we went down to the pool it smelled like urine which was not very pleasant 😕

Weekend in SA

Pros: Great location for the event I was there to attend. Great price point.

Cons: Parking. I'm already paying to stay at the hotel which should be included with the rate of the room. I didn't see that it was paid parking when making the reservation until I arrived to check in.

Pros: Front desk was friendly and helped with additional services.

Pros: Me parece que la ubicación es excelente, ya que The Rim se encuentra a 10 min y puedes encontrar muchas tiendas para hacer compras. Considero que la atención fue excelente y el personal es muy amable.

Pros: Good location. Staff was extremely courteous Kidos to the housekeeper named Rosie who took it upon herself to go downstairs to bring me some ice. I hope she gets rewarded.

Cons: On Saturday night there was a strong sewer smell on the fourth floor. It was irritating and I reported it to the front desk.
