Pros: Everything was nicely done. Restaurant was a good value and had excellent meals. Service was wonderful. Location was very convenient.

Cons: The sound between rooms wasn't good. I could hear people on both sides of me as well as those in bathrooms.

Very pleased with my stay.

Pros: The hotel was amazing, and the staff was helpful, really exceptional? Couldn't have asked for better. I was only in town for one night to take my kids to Six Flags, and I wanted to stay at a nicer place. This was definitely worth it. I understand there are a couple of places to shop nearby the hotel as well as to eat, but maybe 1 or 2 more places on the property would be perfect.

Pros: The room was beautiful and spacious pools are great too both indoor and outdoor door. I would definitely recommend.

Cons: The massages are amazing it was the best part. Would not reccommend doing your nails there it was very basic. They did do scrubs and hot wrap therapy for mani pedi though.

Pros: The location was perfect! Unfortunately didn’t really get to do a lot in the resort! There was so much we wanted too do in this area!

Pros: Facility was nice, loved the room and how the bathroom is laid out.

Cons: The additional mandatory valet parking. To pay an additional $100 just for my car for 2 nights was disappointing.

Great 3-day weekend getaway

Pros: Our breakfast at Sustenio was good, just took a bit of time since there were only 2 waiters working Saturday morning. Food was good and prices were as well. Resort grounds and common areas all well maintained and clean. Our guest room as well stocked, clean, comfortable and spacious. We were very pleased with our stay and would love to return sometime.

Cons: More waiters during peak hours perhaps
