Valet Parking $40 daily

Pros: Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to the River Walk.

Cons: I didn't like that we were not told that valet was $40 dollars a night. They took $100 deposit, which was fine, but regret to tell us that $100 deposit went towards valet. They kept the $100 plus added another $10. Valet was the only option. If we knew this, we would have found street parking or stayed somewhere else. Plus, we tipped them every time we took our vehicle. We had to text them every time and wait for our car. We waited for half an hour because they said people were checking out. It was a Sunday. We checked out the following Monday. Nice staff and all, but not ok to mislead or keep important information from guests about the parking situation. Our view was horrible. Abandoned building with homeless people living inside of it. Saw homeless male climbing on rusty metal stairs to get to another level. Graffiti and trash were our views.

Awesome experience from two New Zealanders far from home but totally loved our stay and in San Antonio

Pros: It had a quaint authentic Texas and Spanish Mexican vibe I totally loved it

Pros: Location was great on quiet part of the river but with access. It was clean.

Cons: Parking is always tough in downtown locations, an additional $40 a night was a bummer but it worked

Comfortable. Convenient. Courteous staff!!

Pros: I enjoyed the set up of the breakfast and the variety of options given. The fresh fruit for the most part was definitely a hit. The area was very clean and spacious for seating.

Cons: I didn't like the line for the waffles :-).

Good cost-benefit. Perfect Location.

Pros: Comfortable beds and quiet room. No carpets in the rooms. Hotel with direct access to the River Walk. Perfect location.

Cons: The valet charged me one day more than I used. Contacting the hotel to complain about this charge was difficult. There is no self-parking option. Parking is 4 blocks away from the hotel. We must wait between 15 and 30 minutes for the valets to bring the car. The breakfast is poor. The bananas offered were rotten. No cheese options. Cold and poorly made coffee. No toilet bidet sprayer in the bathroom.

This hotel brand needs to get on the environmental band wagon. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean. It was nice and close to everything. The staff were super friendly.

Cons: Breakfast facilities were absolutely atrocious. Single use plastic or polystyrene everything. It made me feel really sad. Even though the breakfast was complementary we refused to contribute to the problem and paid to eat elsewhere.

Pros: The room was very nice ,comfortable and modern.. the bathroom was great, as well as the mini kitchen area. The outdoor pool area was very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast time, too. The location area was fabulous and very convenient to walk to the River walk and many other wonderful venues on the street level. Pricy but a very good hotel.

Cons: I just didn't like that they add an extra 230 dollar incidental deposit to.your room charge and not tell you ahead of time. They do refund to your account after a few business days but a heads up before hand would be nice. 230 usd can be used for flights ✈️ 😏
