Element San Antonio Riverwalk

Staff were very helpful allowing early checkin which was a huge bonus , fantastic hotel on the riverwalk , great view fr

Pros: Location ,spacious rooms, in room supplies, comfort, breakfast options

Perfect start to our family holiday

Pros: Amazing staff, great location and very comfortable beds. Can’t wait to visit again.

Fantastic

Pros: Great location, walkable distance from all the things we wanted to see. Rooms are quiet, clean, and the beds extremely comfy. All toiletries provided. Our room had a kitchenette with a mini fridge and all the utilities needed. The facility offers an amazing continental breakfast, there's a laundry room, and water refill stations on all floors. The staff is lovely - the front desk team was super helpful when needed, and the people in the breakfast room are friendly and approachable. Would definitely come back and will recommend this to my friends!

Pros: In a quiet area, less than a 10 min walk to the riverwalk. Good breakfast and gym. Easy late check in as someone on the desk 24/7

Cons: Don’t expect luxury or overlooking river walk but perfectly suited our needs

Great hotel

Pros: Great location, Michelle at reception was a gem and what a great city .

The staff were very helpful

Pros: breakfast was really great. the selection and service were excellent

Cons: Nothing really. Everything was great

Great hotel, and really good value for money.

Pros: Well thought out room. Lovely and big and clean. Great location and easy parking. Helpful and friendly staff.

Cons: There weren’t any negatives.

Pros: Great facilities and staff. Location was great being very close to riverwalk area.

Great hotel but staff are standoffish

Pros: The room is nice and clean. The furniture in the room is modern and the room is nicely decorated. Lots of options for breakfast and the breakfast seating area is so homey.

Cons: Elevators were a bit finicky and the hotel staff were a bit standoffish. We asked for a later check out time but the person who helped with this had forgotten to update my room card, so we were unable to get back into the room. We called the front desk and an Engineer came over and helped us get access into the room. While we were moving out, another person from the front desk came over to supposedly assist us with the room access issue. He collected the card and started asking us questions which made us feel like we were being profiled. I mean he could see we were moving out and he knew our checkout time had been extended,so asking me to explain what was going on was unnecessary. The manner in which he collected the cards and hovered around was also unnecessary. I mean did he think we were going to lock ourselves in the room?

Pros: The location was amazing, the rooms were very big, and the hotel was next to another one that had an amazing rooftop. The breakfast was also very good but I would like to see cheese, jam, veggies station

Cons: It was a super busy weekend at the hotel and our beds were not very well done/clean, but we called the front desk and they fixed it immediately! super fast thanks.
