Pros: Loved our stay at the Drury Inn. Great breakfast and free dinner included with drinks - I wasn't expecting that. The location is excellent, right on the river walk close to everything. Best of all was the customer service by everyone, especially the front desk. Highly recommend.

Cons: The guest laundry area could be improved - there's only one washing machine and two dryers. Which seemed small for the size of the hotel.

Beautiful Hotel

Pros: Excellent location, friendly staff, super clean. The room was lovely and clean with the added bonus of a little balcony that over looked the riverwalk. Kick back early evening with 3 drinks and snack was excellent and the breakfast was good too.

Very pleasant, I will definitely be staying here again!

Pros: The property was a great location you would exit straight onto the river walk! Also the staff were super friendly which left a very good impression!

Cons: One of the elevators didn’t work. However, we were fairly compensated on our stay due to this inconvenience!

Pros: The kickback hours with free food and drinks was a massive bonus, plus a great location right on the Riverwalk. The staff were very friendly also. If you have a jacked up truck then parking will be an issue but average vehicles are fine. We had a Chevy Tahoe and it was fine.

Great place to explore San Antonio!

Pros: The location is very convenient, right next to the riverside walk. The room was spacious, and the king-size bed was extremely comfortable.

Pros: The hotel is situated at the Riverwalk. Rooms were large, a bit outdated but renovations are planned I heared. The service is great, they made our stay special.
