Love”y hotel, perfectly situated.

Pros: It was lii i very inside and out, the staff were very friendly. Professyand helpful

Cons: One of the days we did not get our room cleaned. We had to ask for this twice before someone eventually did it but you could see it was very rushed and not to the standard of the other housekeeping

Perfect Location

Pros: We loved the location and the fact that it was right next to the Riverwalk. The hotel is situated so well that we could walk to most of the sights we wanted to see and also conveniently close to an array of restaurants, which we loved. The rooms where spacious enough that a family of 4 could stay comfortably. We only made use of the in room dining, however having breakfast in the beautiful restaurant was brilliant. We highly recommend the Westin to anyone wanting to visit San Antonio.

Elegant and welcoming Riverwalk hotel

Pros: Elegant and spacious rooms, worth paying to have the view over the Riverwalk and a higher floor.

Cons: Not enough sun loungers by the pool

Elegant and well-located hotel

Pros: Our stay was delightful. The whole hotel was relaxed yet elegant, with helpful and welcoming staff. The pool was lovely on hotter days. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the beds are super-comfortable. We enjoyed being right on the Riverwalk, and we also appreciated the security of the porte cochere driveway for unloading the car on arrival.

Cons: Very little not to like. Being super-picky, we found the pillows a bit too high and would have preferred softer down pillows.

Beautiful hotel, great location

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Great location right by the riverwalk. I found the staff to be very friendly and competent. The room was very spacious and we enjoyed having a balcony. I would stay here again.

Cons: The bedding was very thin. It was quality bedding but I like a thick or heavy covering when I sleep and I had trouble sleeping as a result. The room also felt slightly damp when we entered.

Would not even consider looking at another hotel by the Riverwalk

Pros: Amazing room and hotel in general. Located in the beautiful river walk area. Very helpful and friendly staff!

Hotel de lujo con muy buena ubicación.

Pros: Ubicación excelente. El Staff nos atendió muy bien en todo momento. Las instalaciones de lobby y restaurantes con muy buen diseño.

Cons: Los elevadores hacían ruido exagerado dando la impresión faltaba su mantenimiento o había alguna falla. Reportamos falta de sumnistro eléctrico en los contactos de la habitación y a pesar que fueron a repararlo, el probema se siguió presentando una noche antes del check out.
