A really interesting place to stay. Recommended!

Pros: It is a really interesting property conversion from a farm milking parlour to a very comfortable vacation home. Whilst having all home comforts from wi-fi to a/c (or heating) it has a rustic charm without ever being twee. For example, the genuinely old brass taps in the bathroom are just perfect. For example, there is the huge dining table that looks to be made from recycled timber. We also liked the location being in the country but within easy striking distance of several Texas State Parks and several classic old-style dance halls. Many other attractions are available within an hour's drive according to your interests.

Cons: This is NOT a criticism but note that access into the house is via the last four numbers of the person's cellphone / mobile phone who made the booking. You use the keypad on the door itself, not the key box adjacent to the door.
