Great location, clean, newly refurbished, friendly host

Pros: Location was great, right near the main square and restaurants. Was very clean with new appliances and furniture. Two bathrooms was a nice addition travelling as 2 couples.

Cons: We were only there for a night but if staying longer we would have liked the outdoor space with the hot tub to have been updated to the same standard as the house

Despite the bad city streets, we enjoyed our short stay.

Pros: No breakfast. Not even coffee pods for the machine, which was a first for us. But we enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons: The street was full of pot holes but we managed it.

Great get away near Blanco State Park

Pros: Private backyard and sitting area. BBQ grill and hot tub was a great addition. Quite neighborhood ~ stocked with dishes, coffee maker and utensils. Washer/dryer was available. Small supermarket and restaurants nearby. Very comfortable place to stay!

Cons: Some Unlocked windows and 1 open window upon arrival.
