Good home base for a hill country weekend

Pros: House was roomy, with high ceilings and lots of seating, well stocked kitchen with plenty of spices to choose from, well stocked coffee bar, nice hot tub. There was a big stone fireplace and some firewood was available but we brought our own. There is also an outdoor firepit that we were't able to use due to burn bans but it looked nice.

Cons: I wish there was a tv downstairs where we spent most of our time. The road leading to the house is not well marked so getting there after dark could be challenging. It also sits much closer to a road that is busy during the day but it stops in the evening.
