SpringHill Suites by Marriott Austin West/Lakeway

Everything was fantastic except the parking fee.

Pros: I loved that everything was clean. The room was nice, and the breakfast was great.

Cons: I didn't like the parking charge and found it absurd. That's understandable in Downtown, but in a suburb? $10 per night for parking (which was never mentioned when I was making the reservation). I think they should reconsider this.

Lake Travis 1 nighter nice facility

Pros: The recent remodeling of the room was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons: Although the rooms seemed recently renovated the mattress and pillows seemed old and worn out. The breakfast was terrible cold eggs and sausage patties and undercooked cold potatoes.

Great stay overall — clean, convenient, and comfortable, though a bit pricey.

Pros: We liked the hotel's cleanliness, the good breakfast, and the little shop for last-minute needs. The parking area is spacious and very convenient. Everything was very comfortable and well-maintained.

Cons: The only thing I found a bit excessive was the price — around $400 per night for a room with one bed and a sofa bed. It seemed pretty high for a hotel of this level, especially compared to other locations. I would definitely stay here again if the price were more reasonable; this time, I simply didn’t have another option.

Overall, we like staying at SpringHill, but were disappointed this time.

Pros: I have stayed at SpringHill before. It is close to our family, so like to stay there. When I registered, I registered for three people. There was no sheets, blankets, and pillows for the third person. Also, only one wash cloth was provided. We never had this experience. We asked for the supplies, but no additional pillows could be provided. On the second day, no additional towels, etc. were provided, so once again we had to ask.

Cons: Lack of linens and towels and wash cloths

We would stay here again

Pros: Very clean, easy to get from room to the car, and we all thought it was the best continental breakfast we have ever had.

Pros: The swiming pool and the gym were basic but well equipped and nice. The bedroom was large and confortable.

Cons: The breakfast has very few options. I would recommend to offer healthier choices

Cons: Atendimento no balcão não foi tão cordial

Enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Location to the Austin Elite gym and to eating establishments. Once I found the hotel location, it was easy to get to and from the gym.

Cons: Initially, it was a bit hard to find the hotel.
