It was a good choice for us

Pros: Everything was as expected. The location felt safe. The sofa bed was very comfortable.

Cons: The plug in the bath didn't work. I only told them as we were leaving, so it's my fault I didn't give them a chance to fix it for me

Pros: Location was good. Breakfast was pretty good. I think there could have been more choices for kids, waffles or pancakes.

An exceptionally positive stay! We highly recommend this hotel

Pros: Just about everything in this property was awesome. Staff on all shifts were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean, very comfortable and well stocked. Great hot breakfast that varied a little bit from day-to-day but always had many good hot and cold options. We will definitely want to stay here again.

This hotel was super clean and very comfortable!

Pros: It was a pleasant stay, nothing sensational but definitely nothing bad - so I would DEFINITELY stay here again. We were in the area for an unplanned family emergency, so we weren't seeking a lot, but these guys run a good ship!

Cons: Nothing I didn't like.

Pros: The staff were very friendly. Rooms were very clean. The only thing i would change would be to use real fresh eggs at breakfast. Not powdered eggs.

Cons: The $110 pet charge. I feel it should be refunded if room is exceptionally kept and cleaned and confirmed by housekeeper.

This was a great place to meet our son and chill!

Pros: The staff was very friendly, the room was clean. We also used the laundry facilities and they were great and clean as well. There was plenty of parking and it was free. Its close enough to Austin that you can go out and enjoy the restaurants and many things to do around the area.

Cons: We enjoyed our stay and would say there was not a negative.

Pros: Las instalaciones muy buenas, y la excelencia en el personal es un plus que nos gustó muchísimo. Felicitaciones. La comida es un punto a resaltar por su variedad y por lo bien preparadas y presentadas.

Cons: Pensamos que en el área de piscina la superficies interiores de esta, están muy rugosas y lastimaron en un pie a una de mis hijas porque en el fondo hay mucha piedrita suelta. También hace muchísima falta una ducha exterior para ducharse antes de ingresar a la piscina, otra falta que notamos es que no tienen unos parasoles en el área de piscina y un poco más de aseo a estas aguas, por los animalitos que le caen y por las hojas de los árboles.
