Pros: My room was clean and tidy on arrival and the team were accommodating and helpful when I explained that I needed to reduce my stay from 2x nights to just 1x. I was there on a Friday so got to enjoy some live music on the ‘Back Porch’ and everyone that I spoke to and interacted were very friendly.

Cons: Nothing..

Pros: friendly and efficient staff, very accommodsting for the unusual needs of eclipse chasers

Pros: Wonderful cake that was given to me on my birthday. Very thoughtful.

Cons: Better lighting. The bedside lights and the overhead light were inadequate for me to read my book.

Pros: This is a fantastic location in the middle of downtown Leakey. We stayed in a cozy cabin near the rear of the property. The cabin and surrounding area was quiet and dark, which we greatly appreciated after a long day of hiking.

I'll be back.

Pros: Convenient location for my needs. Quiet, away from traffic, nestled cabin-like room. Rustic amenities, extremely clean, perfect lodging. Left 0530, can't rate a brkfst that I didn't have

Cons: No complaints Facility was exceptional for my travel respite & competition the next day. Family run, mom/pop business, based on Faith & doing right.

Comfortable, price was excellent, great people. I would go back.

Pros: comfy bed, lots of towels, real coffee pot, decor, a/c, plenty of room for our stuff, WI-FI because there is no Verizon cell service

Cons: Shower was a little off putting, looked like the floor needed a deep clean Vanity area was tiny.

Overall, our stay was great.

Pros: Cute place.. Really liked the porch and the bed was comfortable. It was also helpful to check in early.

Cons: The fridge was really small, no ice, or tissue available in room.

Our stay there was nice. Cabin have the rustic feel and are clean. We will stay there again.

Pros: Did not eat breakfast there not sure if restaurant is open at that time. Dinner was good and staff friendly. Coffee available in cabin. Great place for motorcycle riders. Can park right at your door.

Cons: Could be more places to hang cloths in rooms. Just some hooks on the wall would be a simple fix. Had to lay cloths over a chair. Not a big deal but hooks would be good.

Pros: Staff was attentive to our needs when we needed an additional heater during that severe cold snap. Restaurant and bar was very good even though it wasn’t open seven days a week.

Cons: Thin walls allowed the noise from our neighbors TV to be heard all night long.

Just right for our long holiday weekend exploring the area parks.

Pros: Our cabin was cozy and private. Comfortable bed. Convenient to state parks. Super friendly staff. Good holiday vibes.
