Had a wonderful time and rested and ate well. Everything was so conveniently close to hotel.

Pros: Wonderful selection of breakfast options. My kids loved it as well. I loved the omelette. Smelled great in the morning with coffee lingering in the hallways.

Cons: We traveled with our doggie. It would be great to have more than one location to drop off the trash bags when we pick up after they poop.

Excellent, no issues. Like the place.

Pros: It was clean well kept, the people behind the depth’s were courteous and kind. I would stay there again.

Cons: Location is hard to get in and out of and traffic in San Antonio was terrible but that’s not the hotel’s fault

Pros: The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was very nice, just what we expected.

Nice, clean, convenient

Pros: It was nice, clean and convenient to the venue we were attending.

Cons: There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. We did have to wait for a little before we could be checked in because our original room wasn’t ready so we were put on a different floor.

Good location, reasonably priced and very nice size rooms

Pros: Property is in a good location in easily accessible off the highway for travelers. One thing that we really enjoyed is the size of the room.

Cons: Breakfast fell flat for us, but other than that, we were very comfortable

Pros: There was coffee available as soon as I arrived (GREAT). Staff was always ready to assist with my family's needs.

Cons: The lock bolt (by door nob) on the door would not lock without struggle.

Overall a great place to stay and not too far from downtown.

Pros: The location was close to Interstate, there were plenty of options for any needed shopping nearby. Room was clean, cold a/c and the coffee maker was convenient.

Cons: Had to wait for room to be ready, but I understand because this was a very busy weekend and apparently they were short staffed.
