Best Western Plus Roland Inn & Suites

A good value for money, friendly hotel.

Pros: Easy to find, clean, good size rooms and friendly staff. On arrival we were greeted by an exceptional member of staff (David), who was extremely helpful and made us welcome. The team throughout were friendly and we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Cons: In the room the sound on the tv did not work, and there was an issue with the shower door not staying closed. We did not complain as we were only staying 3 nights and were comfortable in the room. Breakfast lacked some variety, specifically the only fruit on offer was apples. When there do a couple of days it can be monotonous.

Stay was great. I would stay again.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Coffee Maker did not work the 2 days I was there

Cons: Coffee with breakfast

I had an enjoyable stay.

Pros: Great location, wasn't too far from downtown. Facicility was clean, staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

Cons: One bathroom light needed to be replaced. And one elevator seemed almost broken, you had to push the 1st floor button really hard to get it to register. I thought I was stuck at first.

very clean room and installations

Pros: from the location to the room size everything was up to my expectations, my gf also liked the room and we didn't have any issues or complaints with our stay :D

Cons: nothing, everything was good and we liked our stay

Cons: We do not have any complaints.

I would definitely consider staying here again in another occasion.

Pros: I think it was better than the average. The area remained clean for the most part and was very accessible.

Cons: There was overfilled trashcans on my floor that didn't seem to get cleaned up in a timely manner. It made me concerned of possible pests that might be lingering.

Pros: Ubicación , buen desayuno, recámaras amplias se descansa muy bien , personal amable siempre

Cons: Que 2 días de los 5 que estuve no me arreglaron la habitación con el pretexto de que salí tarde de la.mlsma
