Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio near Frost Bank Center

Fine

Pros: I stayed at this hotel twice - the first time I was very satisfied with everything! The second time, the air conditioning in the room didn't work for heating and it was very cold... and the elevator was malfunctioning, which was very strange and dangerous. The elevator at the entrance would strangely drop 15-20 cm from the entrance... I think someone will get hurt because of this soon. Overall, it's a good hotel for this price.

Cons: The elevator is broken and there is no heating in the room.

Good for short staying

Pros: For me, it was one of the most affordable places to stay in San Antonio for only one night. Wifi was ok. TV was ok. Cleaning was ok. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was average.

Good for a short stay

Pros: The staff were very helpful. The room we were given initially smelt damp and musty so we asked for another room and was moved straight away to a larger room which also had a large fridge/freezer in it. Ideal for us on a road trip and keeping our drinks cold. The hotel was busy as there was a concert on at the Frost Centre so lots of people were staying there as it was a convenient location for the concert venue. Although it was busy there was sufficient room in the car park.

Cons: Nothing adverse - all good.

Pros: The front desk people were fantastic. I really enjoyed visiting with Walter who was busy working and don't his job making sure everything was done and clean, but still took time to visit with you and see to it that any of our personal needs were met.

Cons: The eggs at breakfast were a little too spicy for our liking. Not everyone like our can eat spicy food. We are not opposed to them for others but provide another choice for those who do not want the spicy peppers.

Pros: Complimentary breakfast which is always a nice bonus. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were really friendly. Vending machines in the lobby are useful.

Cons: The aircon is very noisy. The breakfast is all served on paper plates and plastic cutlery.

Great Hotel, Great Staff and Management!

Pros: I loved the welcome I received upon arrival. I loved seeing the staff engaged and their friendliness! I loved the smell of cleanliness. I also felt safe! Shital and Walter are the best. Really, ALL are the best. I just didn't grab everyone's names. My stay was delightful and I plan to stay here again-- as long as Shital & Walter and the staff are here!!

Cons: Honestly, the only thing I didn't like and I don't like is that those of us who are not \
