Travelodge by Wyndham San Antonio Downtown Northeast

Worth for that less money

Pros: relatively clean, 15min drive away from downtwon, liked the design of the hotelroom

Cons: There is not a real breakfast but you get a breakast box to go. I didn’t liked the coffee either.

overall it was good experience i will book again in future

Pros: front desk clerks were helpful! we had been given a room where tv didn’t work and once they confirmed that tv didn’t work we were offered to switch rooms

Cons: pool wasn’t as clean as i have seen it in the past and they advertise breakfast but there was nothing but juice and coffee

Amazing for events at frost bank center

Pros: Was amazing staff was friendly and helpful! It was very clean and put together

Pros: The staff was excellent. Anything that we needed, they were on top of it.The room was huge. I liked the fact that it had 2 sinks and double doors for privacy. It had 2 tvs, a microwave, a mini fridge.

Cons: I got room 124 when we inspected the room. The bathtub was dirty. The girl at the front moved us to room 118. Having 2 little kids and luggage was a challenge. When i inspected room 118, one of the beds was tilted. There were no towels. Pillows were not the best they were flat. However, the towel issue was fixed, and staff took care of that promptly. There was a big hole on the wall. On top of that, I had to leave a 100 deposit. I sincerely think it needs better management.

Wonderful place !

Pros: My expectations were surpassed by this accommodation! The hotel room offered everything you needed, including a microwave and mini fridge, and was immaculate. I liked that everything was kept fresh with the daily cleaning service. After a long day, the outdoor pool was a wonderful place to relax.

Wonderful experience!

Pros: The visit was wonderful! The family room was nice because it was large enough for us to spread around. We appreciated having a barbeque area for dinner, and the kids loved the outside pool.

I will definitely stay here again.

Pros: This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! The non-smoking property ensured a peaceful stay, and the laundry facilities were an enormous bonus. On my next visit, I will definitely stay here again.
