Pros: The room was very nice, very quiet.It was a very good room for that rate

Cons: It's more in an industrial area and there were no restaurants available to walk to

I like this hotel and the employees, but there is always room for improvement with the maintaining of it.

Pros: Quaint building, nice employees, bed looks very clean, rooms are clean, convenient location to hospital and military base. I like that each room has its own air or heat control. The parking lot is kept clean. The building inside is kept clean.

Cons: The second day, the elevator was completely out of order and my room was on the third floor. I had one bag, a lunch box and a suitcase. I am a Senior Citizen with hypertension. I climbed the stairs up and down. The previous day when I was on the second floor the elevator was inoperable, too, when I was checking out. The smoke detector was knocked off the ceiling and dangling on wires in my first room, and the second room had none, just a bunch of wires hanging. I wouldn’t use their microwave if you’d paid me. I just set the clock on it and opened it up to disgust!

Simple, Clean, and Full of Character

Pros: the rooms were cute and rustic. not luxury but clean and full of character. i liked the mosquito net vibe, made me feel like an explorer. but there were still bugs in the rest of the room. restraurant was only vegetarian, but not too bad.

Would book here again.

Cons: The person next to me had a door that she had to slam for door to close, this was very annoying and frustrating, couldn't rest or sleep well and loud talking in room and in front of my door!

Pros: The quiet rooms at this hotel impressed me as a light sleeper. Despite being in the heart of the city, the rooms are very peaceful, so you may sleep well. During my prolonged stay, the washing facilities were useful, and the multilingual staff was friendly.

Pros: It was an excellent option! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. Perfect for a brief visit to San Antonio. I would definitely stay there again.

Really Clean rooms and beds

Pros: The room was super clean each day we returned with clean towels and freshly made beds. The beds were comfortable and I really enjoyed my time.
