A bargain, but definitely need to add more light!

Pros: The property was close to the Frost Bank Center (where we attended a Jellyroll concert) and the San Antonio Zoo. The bathroom was clean. The closet was large! There was a microwave & minifridge. The ice machine (outside) was easily accessible. Our room had plenty of space. We appreciate the no pet charge for bringing our dog with us. The front desk clerk was helpful when asked where the nearest ATM machine was.

Cons: There was not enough light in the room. There were two lights, one on each side of the bed, but no overhead light so there was no way we could comfortably eat, play games, or do work at the small table provided. The bed headboard fell partially off the wall. There was no dresser to put anything in or on if you like to unpack your suitcases when you travel.

I am glad I went through booking.com. The last time I just dropped in and was quoted a higher price

Pros: The staff had some computer issues at check in but was very professional about it. I called because I could not get the remote to work. Staff came to assist.

Cons: I was concerned about parking and security but everything was fine
