Good value for money

Pros: The room is huge, and there is parking next to it for 5 USD per day. It’s located a 20-minute walk from the center.

Cons: The place they have for buying breakfast is so expensive and the quality seems poor, so we needed to go out each day to find a place to eat

good money value

Pros: Location was good, near the riverwalk, near the convention center, beds were quite comfortable, rooms are big, shower was really nice and overall was good money value.

Cons: Most of the people that works at front desk seem to hate their job, beyond serious, even some of them rude, when I went to ask questions it seemed like I just ruined their day. That was a bit of a bummer.

Pros: Good location close to San Antonio Riverwalk and Hyatt for conference venue. Value for money compared to other hotels in area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Some lovely staff

Cons: Over a 5-night stay housekeeping cleaned the room once. Air Con noisy and room above loud with people walking.

Great hotel with excellent rooms very close walk to the Riverwalk, restaurants and the Alamo

Pros: The young man who did the valet parking was really helpful and attentive and polite.

Cons: We were given coupons for a free drink each but when I tried to get a sparkling water I was told to pay as the only drink k they could offer me was a pre mixed vodka.

Pros: Lovely hotel and a short walk to the Riverwalk, The Alamo and restaurants. Room was huge. Bar area very nice and very nice barman who was also very helpful.

Pros: Such a beautiful hotel! Everyone was so nice and check in was quick and easy! Walking distance to the Alamodome! The room was phenomenal! Very comfortable!
