Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk

Excellent stay

Pros: Very comfortable and nice room, excellent location for the meeting in the Convention Center

Uil band competition stay

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel to the Riverwalk and alamodome. I also liked the convenience of parking options for my car. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived early, and they were able to check me into a room. I was expecting to wait until check-in time, but they were able to accomated me early. That was appreciated. They have dining at the hotel- ruth chris steak house, or you can eat on the Riverwalk. Access to the river walk is right at the hotel, too.

Cons: I had a very enjoyable stay. No dislikes

Pros: Very close to riverwalk. Business class hotel, all service is of high level. Room is very clean and there is possibility to tune the temperature. Very good bath room!

Cons: Overpriced. Breakfast is not included in the price, and even more there is no buffet for breakfast. Juts the restaurant

Great location!

Pros: Great location with easy to walk to many attractions, dining options and shopping. Nice hotel with all the amenities needed. They also have an excellent virtual Topgolf set up and the gym is very well equipped.

Cons: They often have conventions and conferences at this hotel and this leads to long queues to access the elevator in order to get to your room. We were waiting over 20mins one evening to get back to our room as a group had just finished their sessions for the day.

Pros: Bathroom door wasn’t getting locked. It is a problem when you are visiting with family and kids.

Very relaxing and fun

Pros: Jose met us at the entrance. He was absoluly awsome! Helped us with information, parking our car and giving us local information!

Wonderful hotel with most the comforts of staying away from home.

Pros: I was at the very far end of the hallway from the elevator. Even though the walk was far the view once i got in my room was beautiful.

Pros: Very clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. I would definitely book a room here again!

Cons: Everything was fantastic!

Super property, great proximity to convention center in Riverwalk

Pros: Proximity to the convention center, amenities, cleanliness and comfortable rooms

Cons: Temperature in the rooms was hard to manage

Super Hotel, top Lage am Riverwalk

Pros: Super Hotel, nichts herausragendes (kein Wow-Effekt) aber alles positiv und sauber und top!!

Cons: Aussenfassade 😂
