Great stay for the alamodome

Pros: We stayed for the state band competition. The hotel location is perfect. The hotel is very clean. The entire staff from the front desk. To housekeeping was excellent and friendly. The breakfast was the best we have had in a while. It was well maintained, too. The social in the evening was a nice surprise. It's on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays only. The hotel has an outdoor pool, but we didn't use it.

Cons: There was a concert going on when we arrived and you could hear the music going on until it ended. Also, the train runs by the hotel, which is also noticeable. Our room was by the elevators, and you could hear them going up and down.

The hotel was good except for the elevator.

Pros: The people were great, desk, food service, everything was clean.

Cons: There was only 1 working elevator. there was a convention in town and it is Memorial Day weekend. This should have been a priority to be fixed. the police seemed to deal with the homeless durning the day but it was scary in the evening and night.

Pros: Room was very nice. Front desk employees were always very pleasant.

Cons: Only issue was the shower in the bathroom was draining slowly causing a backup of the water. Also we had to flush the toilet several times in order to clear it. Enjoyable experience still.

Pros: Clean, spacious room. Great service. Everyone was kind and helpful. Comfortable mattress. In walking distance from Riverwalk and all downtown attractions. Great breakfast.

Excellent location for the Alamo Bowl!

Pros: The food at breakfast was very good with a nice variety each morning of scrambled eggs or omelets and bacon or sausage, burritos, potatoes. The evening reception was also enjoyable with beer, wine and chicken sandwiches with chips. The room was spacious and very nice with a kitchenette.

Cons: No hot water one morning on the 9th floor. GFI electric outlet near the bathroom sink did not work complicating morning preparations.

Great service and location

Pros: Charge for pets to stay is outrageous $75 per pet. 2 pets at $150It was very close to the amount of the room. The eggs served at breakfast weren't good at all. But everything else was great such as location a plus. Staff was exceptional. Hotel was beautiful and clean

Cons: Pet fee per pet is too high. Need to cook eggs better for breakfast.
