Comfort Suites Alamo-River walk

Very pleasant, relaxing stay.

Pros: It was a lovely size, the rooms were very good although there were a few things that didn’t work but once reported it was dealt with straight away, location was good not to far from the main town, staff very friendly also served a good breakfast.

Good!

Pros: This hotel is in San Antonio Downtown, near from River walk and Alamo, the most important turistic places of the city, and not so far from airport. It is near from Henry González Convention Center, almost 10 min walking. Breakfast is super, and my bed very confortble.

Cons: There is not any supermarket or drugstore around.

Pros: The rooms were spacious, clean and good. The staff were very friendly and polite. Free parking and wifi was great and it was just a short walk to the downtown area.

Cons: Breakfast choices could have been better.

Great stay, lovely room, Comfort Suites are definitely the best budget hotel we have stayed in.

Pros: Breakfast was good, as expected. Parking was easy, would be better if it was free for guests but we did get our fee waived because our room wasn't ready on time. Room was very nice, huge and felt very clean. We had just stayed in another 3 star before this and Comfort Suites were brilliant in comparison, so we would definitely stay again.

Cons: We always use the gym on our trips so more gym equipment would have been good, but there was enough there for a decent workout. Also we had a long wait to get into our room, but the staff were very helpful and apologetic, and ended up waiving our parking fee which we appreciated.

Pros: A little older style but in very good shape. Very clean and comfortable. And very big room!

Cons: The left elevator made a horrible and scary sound when going up from 4th to 5th floor. Better to take the right one

it is over

Pros: breakfast good parking ok room ok ac loud place real clean

Cons: not so loud ac

Good for the short stay.

Pros: The room was nice and clean. Breakfast had a good variety of things. Staff was friendly.

Cons: I didn't like having to pay for parking, but you had to do that everywhere in San Antonio. The location was great to the Riverwalk area, but not in the best neighborhood. It seemed that for the size of the hotel that the pool was very small.

Too expensive

Pros: I was over charged by $50 at the hotel. My price through Booking was $647...and I was charged $647. I tried to explain but they told me no. I wasn't happy at all

Cons: Being over charged.

Great Hotel with very great staff

Pros: breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. The room was very spacious and well upkept. the distance to all the amenities was perfect.

Cons: there wasnt any issues

Great place to stay and relax.

Pros: Price of room affordable, room accommodations very good, & parking close to entrance.

Cons: Only the time they took to have my room ready, since I was a little early to check in.
