I would have chosen it again. Amazing staff (except the barman) and superb location.

Pros: The location is perfect, and the room is very comfortable (once I turned off AC). Having breakfast included is a great bonus.

Cons: The breakfast was the most plastic experience I’ve ever had. Not only were the plates and cutlery all plastic, but the food was just as disappointing. The toast, butter, and scrambled eggs were tasty; everything else was far below European standards.

Excellent hotel, clean well equipped and very good value for money

Pros: The room and other facilities of the hotel are clean and tidy. The location is great, near to the tourist attractions. The staff are all kind and accommodating.

Pros: My hotel was perfect, with warm lights, soft beds, everything that makes you feel at home. But the moment I stepped outside, the city felt different… almost hauntingly empty. At night, especially by the River Walk, the air turned cold and still. The sound of water echoed through empty streets, and the reflections of dim lights danced on the river like whispers from another time. It felt like walking through a beautiful ghost city mysterious, quiet, and strangely emotional.

Clean, affordable, friendly staff, and walking distance to the Alamodome.

Pros: The hotel was reasonably priced and very clean. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. I stayed here for a concert at the Alamodome, and it was within walking distance, which was very convenient.

I only stayed one night.

Pros: The staff are really kind and supported. The room is lovely. I enjoyed the moment I stayed 😌. Even was only one night.

Cons: None of I can think of it currently.

Pros: Staff Jonathan at reception was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were large and very clean. Bed comfortable. Happy hotel had guest laundry facilities with us travelling

Cons: Air-conditioning unit very noisy

Pros: Front desk staff were quick to change our room due to noise from hotel gym early morning. Fresh waffle breakfast was excellent!

Cons: Hotel gym is located among other rooms at end of a hall and shares a wall with at least 1 room. No restrictions on usage results in loud noise from 6am!
