Good

Pros: It was good but the resturant and bar were often crowded or wait times were very long.

Cons: Just an explanation of the lift and key card on arrival alot of people were confused and some of us had to show people how to use their key cards while they struggled to work out the system with their bags/kids in tow.

Overall stay was good , nice and quiet..

Pros: Didn't have any breakfast but the location of the hotel is in a great spot.

Cons: I didn't like that the hotel charged me an extra $80 for valet parking when I actually self parked for $50. Upon looking at my account I realized what happened and called to get the situation rectified.

A great stay in San Antonio.

Pros: The Marriott has a modern and inviting look. The rooms were very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to sit and people watch or to meet up with friends. It was easy access to Riverwalk, and River Center. An easy walk to the Alamodome.

Enjoyable and comfortable

Pros: Staff was friendly and quick. Rooms were clean and tidy as expected. Enjoyed central location on riverwalk

Cons: When visiting the restaurant for breakfast I asked if I could add a waffle to my breakfast tacos ala carte but was told this could not be done without purchasing an entire entree or switching or adding the $30 buffet menu to my order. I would have happily paid for a waffle by itself but couldn’t justify spending $30 just to add one to my order since it couldn’t be added to my plate for a more a reasonable amount. Not a big deal. Just confusing that something as simple as that couldn’t be done without the trouble involved.

Pros: Location was great. Right next to the River Center Shopping Mall. Walking distance to everything and many options for dining. The lounge service was great.
