Cityview Inn & Suites Downtown /RiverCenter Area

Very nice choice for a short stay!

Pros: Nice room - spacious, clean, warm, has a fridge, comfortable bed, also an elevator to higher floors. No deposit fee. There aren't many parking spaces, but we found a spot even after returning late at night. Friendly staff - even gave us a little map and marked how to get to the places of interest. We traveled around Texas and other states, this hotel was the cheapest of our choices, but it definitely didn't disappoint. Great value for money!

Cons: Old-fashioned hotel design. No microwave oven. Although the surrounding area is not very attractive, it isn't far from the center (you can walk or find a free parking space downtown).

Pros: Great location near to the tourist attractions. Clean and comfortable.

Cons: Quite noisy location on a crossroad and near a railway track. But didn't spoil the stay

Staff were extremely polite and helpful, king bed was comfy and the room was spacious

Pros: LOCATION!! Extremely easy walk to the Riverwalk, Alamo etc

Pros: I chose it because it was next to the train station, literally a five minute walk, since I had to be at the station at 6 am.

Pros: Very clean and it was in walking distance of the Alamodome were we was going for the girls UIL state championship

Fantastic out of the way accomodations

Pros: We were able to walk everywhere. It was only a 30-minute walk all the way to the mercado, and never had to pay for parking. The room was perfectly clean and cozy. We were there for three nights and even though there was an event at the Alamodome, the room stayed pretty quiet. We were never interrupted from footsteps or yelling or screaming, and everything smelled nice.

Cons: The shower water pressure and sprayer were not the best, but the water was hot. While we didn't need any extras, some better soaps and shampoos and accompiaments I would have been nice.

Pros: Free parking, affordable, walking distance to downtown, Riverwalk and alamodome.

Cons: The beds were way too hard and stiff. That's it. I still would stay again.

Great price for the accommodation.

Pros: The service from the front desk was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the Alamodome was ideal!

Cons: A door guard or security latch on the door would be nice. There was a deadbolt and a peep hole for safety, but an additional piece of hardware would be nice.

EXCEPCIONAL

Pros: La ubicación a unos pasos de Alamodome es excelente, pero no solo eso, la habitación muy cómoda y el personal es mucho más que atento y amable.

Cons: Tal vez, y solo tal vez, que la máquina expendedora de dulces y refrescos pueda recibir billetes y no solo monedas.
