Pros: Samantha at the front desk was amazing. Nice and extremely helpful.

Cons: Not the location fault but road construction everywhere

Pros: The pool area was huge! The downstairs area was very nice and clean. Check is process was very easy and FAST, no haggling, it was great. We got a little bit bigger of a room, so the couch addition was nice. Also, the a/c was controlled by a thermostat on the wall. Very convenient.

Cons: The pool wasn't clean, the water was a little murky. There weren't any pool towels outside readily available for use. Whatever the mattress was on was some sort of platform... it looked nice but the mattress kept slipping off. My children kept knocking their knees on it!
