Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio North-Windcrest by IHG

This was one of many stays here and we will continue to stay here when we return to San Antonio.

Pros: Location was perfect - my family lives within five minutes from the hotel. We especially enjoyed the cinnamon rolls at breakfast. Rooms were always clean and cool when we returned in the late afternoon.

Cons: Can't think of anything that displeased us.

Pros: My fiance is in a wheelchair and helped so much to have an ada room that actually was.

Very comfortable and quiet. I had quite time in the front to read my Bible that was a plus for me

Pros: The breakfast was delicious but it needs bacon and scrambled eggs to go with the bagels and toast not omelette everyday

Cons: Need more towels

Pros: The room was clean and smelled fresh when we entered. The bathroom tub and shower were spotless, that was really nice.

Cons: The AC unit by the window had black mold spots on the vents. That definitely needs to be cleaned. I would have rated it higher except for that fact.

Excellent choice

Pros: Excellent breakfast includes healthy options, beds were comfortable, very kind staff, and great location near lots of shops & restaurants.

Pros: Location and it wasn’t too far from the volleyball convention.

Really good hotel. Friendly and competent staff. Clean and comfortable.

Pros: Very nice room-good size, clean, well equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent. The staff were great-very friendly and efficient.

Cons: Location. Major highway construction makes access difficult.

All was pretty good.

Pros: Property and area were great. Made it easy to commute for our concert.

Cons: We could hear every step from the floor above us. Also- we had people next door come in at 4am and could hear everything. Even their razor. Walls and floors are thin, you’ll hear everything.

Okay for its price.

Pros: The facility was clean and Staff was friendly and willing to help.

Cons: The toilet sink was not flowing well. Staff was notified and they promised to come and rectify it. They never came. It created sewage smell throughout the stay.

Great stay. Great value for my money

Pros: Everything was clean and people were friendly. No issues.

Cons: My body wash came out in very small amounts even though it appeared to be full. Room 404
