Quality Suites San Antonio Northeast

agradable y confortable

Pros: bien, productos frescos y muy limpio. Desayuno completo y el personal muy atento.

My wonderful stay at the quality suites.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at Quality Suites. For the price I paid, the value was excellent, especially considering how clean and comfortable the room was. It was honestly one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in within the area. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. I felt completely comfortable having my 10-month-old with me and allowing her to crawl on the floor, which says a lot about how clean and well cared for the room was. The location was also convenient to nearby stores and restaurants. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The only downside to my stay was the continental breakfast experience. Breakfast was only available from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m., which didn’t feel like enough time, especially for families or guests who may need a slower morning. An additional 30 minutes would make a big difference. I also felt that the staff overseeing the breakfast area came across as a bit pushy and not very polite, which took away from what could have been a more relaxed experience.

Pros: I enjoy the little living room next to the bedroom. It made it a lot more comfortable.

Pros: The receptionist was very kind and always smiling.

Cons: Noise of cars

Pros: Cost was great. A lot of construction but that's not the hotels fault. Staff was very good and friendly.

It was nice for a one night stay. Friendly front desk agent smooth check in

Pros: Cheap for a one night stay, good customer service.

Cons: Comes with amenities and washer and dryer ?
