Cons: Yes, I wanted thank you guys for let me stayed at your place,.was pretty clean and don't smell bad or cigarrete, but one thing need to fix and I don't if was working or not, the cook top was not working that day, one of the reason is because has cook top I like to cook and in case that stayed again I can buy some to cook or reheat 😄

Pros: The man with the dreads, although at first was a little intimidating, was actually amazing! He's very professional, understanding and intellectual. I love my stay here, I recommend this place to anyone!

Pros: Our neighbors were outstanding. The front desk staff went above And beyond for our comfort. Not including the manager Isaac. He made it absolutely the most miserable over all.

Cons: When we had a minor set back, the manager made sure to assist ; which we had thought to have been most curtious( in the beginning) later on our opinion of him changed drastically changed It all started when my husband was arrested and his employer would not release his pay check to me even knowing that I have a full power of attorney. So Isaac came to my room and told me that I have to either pay for another night or move out. Well I told him that I was moving out and that was that. So I thought. Never the less while moving our personals effects out and taking to storage, our only means of transportation breaks down and I am stranded trying to figure out how to get back to the hotel to get our belonging in the time that Isaac and I had agreed upon. I talked to him over the phone and I exspained to him in great detail what happened. He flew off the handle cut me short in every oppertunity that he had let me speak. He explained that because the room wasn’t cleaned by the time that we agreed upon he is going to charge a storage fee for our personal belongings , even though it is under the “ acts of god” clause in what should have been considered. I could not foresee my vehicle malfunctioning. I did not plan on my cars computer malfunctioning. And end up stuck on the side of the road. He didn’t care or even try to work with me much at all. It was his way and zero negation or compromise with working with a customer who paid over 700.00 every two weeks and had zero complaints. Never one issue. Now because I could not afford to pay for his “ storage and holding fee” that he said that I owe because he couldn’t rent out the very same room to someone else because we still had a very small amount in the room. He will not release it. Since then he has threatened to have me arrested for coming on the property and also had a tow company ( his family owns) come and post a abandoned vehicle tag on it. So any time that I go near the property I will be arrested. This is unjust. I
